as far as parking, the parking garages in the city are open and free to city residents. they want to get cars off the streets in case of flooding or they need to get emergency vehicles by. a couple of things to be aware of here and we will continue to monitor the situation. back to you. tim tuten is live in baltimore. how are conditions there? >> it is changing. it is storming a little bit in terms of drops getting bigger. we are off of 41st street. you can see it is raining and has picked up. i want to show you that people who are coming that the wipers are going a little faster than earlier because the system is coming in. we are here at the giant food store and another bread truck showed in. people are saying do not come out unless you have to, but this rain is picking up in baltimore city and i think that we're going to see it continue throughout the morning. just an idea as you look behind me you can see that the rain is coming down much more steadily than when we pulled out here about 4:00 this morning. we will keep you posted here. same applies to residents in bal
